Although small and easily portable, this timer features a large display with ¾" high digits. Also unique is an auto-power-off feature to extend battery life (operates only when the timer is idle for 10 minutes and will not interrupt a timing sequence). Counts down from 100 minutes with 1-second resolution. Short warning alarms sound at 3 and 5 minutes prior to the final 30-second alarm. Automatically records elapsed time following the alarm for up for to 20 minutes, or until stopped. A memory recalls the last timer setting for repetitive tests. I love being able to tell time at night. This clock's display is REALLY big, which is what I wanted since I could not tell time without my glasses. HOWEVER, it is SO bright that I had to tape a sheet of green translucent plastic over the display because it lit up the entire bedroom. The alarm is really loud, also, which scares me to death when it goes off. And, as far as I can figure out, you can only set the alarm at the clock, not with the remote (but I may just be technologically challenged.) I use the remote to turn the alarm on and off, and for snooze.



For the next design round: please put a dimmer switch on the light, and a gradually increasing alarm (or have two different tones for the alarm). Thanks!

We purchased this clock for our bedroom and love it. It was easy to set and the numbers are nice and LARGE so you can read it without glasses on. It is a wall alarm clock so it came with a remote. We don't use the remote so that my husband HAS to get up out of bed to turn the alarm off.
